Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Road Religion offers a flexible cancellation policy because we believe you should always be in control of your order.

When Can You Cancel?
You can cancel your order at any time — before or after shipment.

Cancellation Before Shipment
•  Cancel anytime before your order is shipped at zero cost
•  Full refund processed to your original payment method within 24 hours
•  To cancel, Log into your account, select the order, and choose the items you want to cancel or email roadreligion@yahoo.com with your order number or use the cancellation option in your account

Cancellation After Shipment
•  If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it
•  Simply refuse delivery when the courier arrives
•  Once the product is returned to us, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours
•  Please note: return shipping cost in this case will be borne by the customer

COD Order Cancellation
•  COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge
•  If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, the ₹70 COD handling fee is non-refundable
•  Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from the same account

Refund After Cancellation
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation or return receipt. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your payment method.

Road Religion Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, Road Religion may cancel an order due to:
•  Product out of stock after order placement
•  Pricing or listing error on the website
•  Suspected fraudulent or duplicate order
•  Delivery not serviceable to the provided address

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately and you will be notified via email.
