Return & Exchange Policy

Road Religion is committed to delivering quality parts that work. In the rare event that something goes wrong, here is everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.

Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
•  Be unused and in its original condition
•  Be in its original packaging
•  Not have been installed, modified, or tampered with
•  Be accompanied by a return request raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Invoice is not required to initiate a return.

Valid Return Reasons
•  Defective or damaged product received
•  Wrong product delivered
•  Product significantly different from the website description
•  Change of mind (subject to unused and original packaging condition)

Non-Eligible Returns
•  Products returned after 7 days of delivery
•  Products that have been installed or used
•  Products with missing or damaged original packaging due to customer handling
•    Products damaged due to improper installation by the customer

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24 hours of the returned product being received and inspected at our end.

•  UPI / Net Banking / Debit-Credit Card: 24 hours after approval (bank processing may take 2-3 additional days)
•  COD orders: Refund via bank transfer to account details provided by the customer

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or the same product, please raise a request within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
Log into your account, select the order, and choose the items you want to retur or Email us at roadreligion@yahoo.com with subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]” or 
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product
Our team will respond within 24 hours with pickup or drop-off instructions
Once we receive and inspect the product, refund or exchange is processed within 24 hours

Return Shipping
Defective/wrong product: 
Road Religion arranges and bears the full cost of return pickup

Change of mind returns:
Customer is responsible for safely shipping the product back to our Delhi address
