Road Religion is a premium 2-wheeler spare parts brand operating from Delhi, India. We sell through roadreligion.in and authorised marketplace channels including Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, Meesho, JioMart, Amazon.com, and eBay.
2. Use of Website
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Road Religion reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its discretion
3. Products & Pricing
• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Road Religion reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display differences
4. Orders & Payment
• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment or COD confirmation
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery
• COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹70
• Prepaid orders above ₹2,500 receive a 10% discount plus an additional 2% off
• Road Religion reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited
• The Road Religion name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary and may not be used without authorisation
8. Limitation of Liability
Road Religion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
